Shortly afterward, our team will send the final estimate with suggested rooms to stage that will have the most significant impact on buyers. Once you review and finalize a date, we send the contract to secure your installation.
Deliver, Install & Pickup:
Our team handles it all from there, from design, to delivery, installation, and eventual pick-up. On the day of staging, our skilled Bungalow Logistics crew carefully packs the selected furnishings in our trucks to deliver and install the pieces seamlessly with the direction of your Stager.

Cost is $449 for up to 2 hours with 2 Stagers.

This is a “Hands on” staging service where 2 professional stagers will spend up to 2 hours positioning the items currently in the home for the best possible presentation.
We will make the beds, rearrange the bookshelves, rehang artwork and accessorize every room using what you already own in new imaginative ways!
Cost is $449 for up to 2 hours with 2 Stagers.
Additional time will be billed accordingly.
An Art & Accessory package can be added on to this service if you need accent pieces, lamps, art or accessories for an additional charge.
Color Consultations

Most people avoid painting a room because it can be stressful and overwhelming. There are so many color choices that it’s hard to know where to begin. As Certified “Color With No Regrets” Consultants, we simplify the process and create a perfect color palette specifically chosen for you! We take into consideration your personal taste and furnishings as well as natural (or unnatural) lighting so you can avoid costly mistakes and get it right the first time. This service is also perfect for our Rehab/Investor clients. Let us create a color story your buyers will fall in love with!
